3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Order Process By placing an order on FezPrints.com, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to acceptance, and we may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including unavailability or pricing errors.
3.2 Pricing All prices are listed in [USD] and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
3.3 Payment We accept payments through credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount, including taxes and shipping fees, at the time of order placement.
3.4 Order Confirmation Upon successful order placement, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee product availability but confirms receipt of your order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policy We ship to The United States of America and Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
4.2 Risk of Loss Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
4.3 Inspection You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt. Any damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery, as outlined in our Return Policy (Section 5).
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy We want you to be satisfied with your photo prints. If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective. Please contact support@fezprints.com to initiate a return.
5.2 Refund Process Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5.3 Exclusions We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders, unless defective.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Orders returned after the specified return period.
6. Intellectual Property
